Lasting powers of attorney

Age UK called lasting powers of attorney (LPAs) “the most important documents to put in place after your will.” Our easy online service means you know the forms are completed correctly. With each LPA averaging 20 pages, for a couple this means 80 pages of paperwork. Our team can help with a useful signing guide and can even save you money on the government registration fees if you qualify.

Probate property advice

Our advisory service can help with many of the issues around probate properties. From lease extensions, commercial property, clearance and choosing the best route for sale, we can help you navigate the process from start to finish.
